The library staff is here to assist you in using its nearly unlimited research and information resources. These can be assessed in the library, on-campus computer labs or through your personal computer. We can assist you with some of the most common problems that students have using the campus network/ wifi system. However, the library does not operate a computer helpdesk or provide computer repair services.
If you require tutoring on how to use a computer in general or on how to use a particular computer program we would direct you to the ATTIC (Academic Tutoring and Instruction Center). For more information click on the the following link: https://www.ccga.edu/page.cfm?p=1314
If you are having more technical difficulties with your computer such issues as wifi access, password problems, Desire2Learn and COAST please contact CCGA Technology Services during 8:00AM-9:00PM on weekdays at 912-279-5760.
