Sounds like you went directly to tutor.com's website. Doing this will not allow you free access to the site as a CCGA student. Click HERE for a visual guide to accessing Tutor.com or use the directions below.

 

You must go through the CCGA website to connect to tutor.com

Follow these directions:

Go to www.ccga.edu

Look for the word "MENU" near the top on the left side of the screen and click on it. 

The menu options will open. Look for "My CCGA" click on this and sign-in with your student ID and password.

Next look to the left side of the screen for the "D2L" icon (Desire to Learn) and click on it. 

Roll the screen down toward the bottom of the page and look to the far right for the link labeled "Online Live Tutoring". This will give you free access to Tutor.com through the college account. The link is small and appears toward the bottom of the page and is easy to miss.
